Cooks Valley Cemetery Meeting

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual cemetery meeting to order on June 19, 2017 at 8:38 pm.  Cemetery committee present:  Darrel Fehr, David Clements and Matt Borofka.  Delegation present: Victoria Trinko, Judy Prince, Harry Prince, Rod Thorson, David Kelm Jr., Wendy Kelm and Zach Borofka.   

Chairman Darrel Fehr read the minutes of the June 13, 2016 minutes.  Darrel Fehr made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the June 13, 2016 Cooks Valley Cemetery meeting.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0. 

Discussion and action on maintenance and funding for the upkeep of the Cooks Valley Cemetery:  Harry Prince, cemetery management, reported there are no problems and all maintenance is on schedule.  He has filled holes with black dirt.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:43 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 3-0.
